Cille Saastad can be best described as a person with a big heart and a winning smile. Her care for other people and warmth makes a trustworthy and open space. She is committed to helping people see their potential through caring and believing in themselves. Building self-esteem and self-confidence is core to how she works with people. She has worked as a coach since 2006, became a CPCC in 2007 and started leading for CTI in 2014. She has also been involved in mentoring and leadership programs, and currently spends most of her time as a career coach working with unemployed people.
With a business degree from Copenhagen and Atlanta she entered the corporate scene in London 30 years ago, working with international marketing. After moving back to her home country Norway and working as a marketing manager for Colgate-Palmolive, she has worked as an independent consultant for the last 20 years.
Fulfilment in her spare time is first of all spending time with her family; one husband, two kids, and also physical activity; skiing, yoga, hiking and mindfulness.
