Sandra Richardson is an experienced Co-Active® Coach and workshop leader. She leads professional coach training programmes throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia for the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), which is one of the largest and best-respected coach training organizations.
Sandra is passionate about unleashing the unique potential that lies within people and particularly enjoys working 1:1 with people on confidence building. She has run her own coaching practice since 2002 and prior to that worked in-house as a career coach and HR Specialist for ICL/Fujitsu. In her earlier career Sandra was a PR manager establishing her Company’s media training programme and worked with senior executives to prepare them in giving media interviews.
Sandra has a warm and insightful style. She is open, honest and passionate about people. Sandra is a Master Certified Coach (MCC, CPCC). She runs coaching retreats to help people revitalize their lives and has done pro-bono work with children’s charities and NGOs in Cambodia and India to train teachers and social workers in Co-Active coaching skills so that they can better support the young people they work with. Sandra lives in Reigate, Surrey.
